But in the 20th century you had: Whitney Houston, Toni Braxton, Donna Summer, Diana Ross and allot more..

I made a list of 5 old music divas. Watch the Top 5 below.

1. Aretha Franklin:
This is one of the biggest artist from the last century.
She's born in 1942 and sings Gospel, Soul and R&B.
Rolling Stone Magazine ranked her No. 1 on the list of the Greatest Singer of All Time.
So she is definitely the Music Diva from the 20th Century.



2. Donna Summer:
She started in the '70s and is one of a few artist the made it to the '80s.
Her nickname is: DiscoQueen.



3. Whitney Houston:
In the last ten years is Whitney Houston allot in the news with her problems etc. but there was a time that she make music.



4. Madonna:
She is one of the biggest divas in the music industrie.
When she's doing a performance she had a big list with things want to have in here dressing room.



5. Toni Braxton:
She's born in 1967 and became a star when she released the single Un-Break My heart.
She made a come back this year with the album Pulse.
