Ofcourse they gonna search for new talent but it's is already different with the auditions.
Below you can see the promo for the show and you also will see come contestant sing.
The coaches (they are coaches and not a judge) can only hear the contestants.
Because they are sitting on a chair (with their back to the contestants.)
The singer is starting with the song and when a coach think i want that person on my team then he push on the button and the chair will turn around.
When their are more coaches then can is it to the contestant to pick on coach.
So the whole talent show is based on talent and not the looks.
What is also different is that the contestant will sing with a live band and not with music from a cd.
The first 5 weeks you'll see the auditions and after that they go to the next round that called: The Battle.
with the live shows (on tv) it will be 9 weeks and in December we will know who is the winner.
I'm very curious about the whole show and (when it's possible) will show you the best auditions every week.
